On 14 August 2008, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd (FCAMCL or the Manager), a real estate investment management division of Frasers Centrepoint Limited (FCL) became the manager of FCOT through its acquisition of the former management company, Allco (Singapore) Limited. FCL also acquired the former sponsor’s holding in the Trust.
FCAMCL is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Fraser and Neave Limited, a leading Singapore-based property company with a strong global foothold in residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
The Manager’s principal investment policy is for FCOT to invest primarily in real estate and real estate related assets in the office and retail sectors in Singapore, other parts of Asia and Australia. The Manager implements the investment policy of FCOT in accordance with Property Funds Guidelines, the Trust Deed and any applicable laws.
