Mr Low Chee Wah
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Low works with the Board to determine the overall business and investment strategy of FCOT and is responsible for the day-to-day management of FCOT. Mr Low also works closely with the management team to ensure that FCOT’s finance, investment and asset management strategies are executed integrally and successfully.

Mr Low joined FCL in March 2007 where he was responsible for the management of the investment property portfolio for the office and industrial property assets.

Prior to joining FCL, Mr Low held senior positions in a number of financial institutions, including BNP Paribas Peregrine (Singapore), Schroders and Standard Chartered Merchant Bank.

Mr Low has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has extensive experience in investments, divestments, capital raisings and takeovers across a number of markets in Asia. Prior to his banking career, Mr Low was with the tax division of Andersen (formerly known as Arthur Andersen) where he spent three years as a tax consultant.

Mr Low holds both a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws, from Monash University, Australia. He is also a member of CPA Australia.

Mr Soh Chiong Siong
Financial Controller

Mr Wilson Soh is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, taxation & treasury functions. He also works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to formulate & implement the financial strategy of FCOT.

Mr Soh has over 20 years of experience in financial control and planning in various industries. Prior to joining the Manager, he was the Regional Financial Controller of Frasers Hospitality. Mr Soh is a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

Mr Wong Soon Yean
Senior Manager – Investment

Mr Wong Soon Yean is responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending potential acquisitions in Singapore and overseas, structuring deals and negotiating transactions. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer on formulating and implementing investment strategies for FCOT.

Mr Wong has approximately 18 years of real estate experience spanning across different sectors of the property industry, including retail, industrial, commercial and residential land sales. Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Wong was with the property division of Guthrie GTS Ltd as the Senior Manager for business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

Ms Alison Wong
Senior Manager – Asset Management

Ms Alison Wong is responsible for the active asset management of the Singapore properties with a view to maximising net rental income. She develops and implements asset management strategies and plans for the Singapore properties and streamlines operational systems to achieve the desired level of property performance.

Ms Wong has over 17 years of experience in areas of asset and lease management, property development, business development, Singapore and international marketing. Prior to her appointment to the Manager, she was the Director, Asset Management (Operations) of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust and Assistant Vice President of Ascendas Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd where she headed the Singapore marketing team.

Ms Wong holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

Ms Cheah Yoke Lan
Senior Manager - Asset Management

Ms Cheah Yoke Lan is responsible for the active asset management of FCOT’s overseas properties in Japan and Australia and the implementation of the business plans. She works closely with the respective property managers to enhance the performance of these assets.

She has more than 15 years of valuation and asset management experience. Ms Cheah holds a Bachelor of Property Management (Honours) from University Technology, Malaysia and a Masters in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University, United Kingdom. She is a British Council Scholar and holds both a property management, valuation and estate agent’s licence issued by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia.

Ms Kelly Tan Hwee Soon
Senior Manager – Asset Management

Ms Kelly Tan is responsible for the asset management of Alexandra Technopark, the newly acquired property. In addition to monitoring the performance of the asset and implement asset enhancement initiatives, she also assists in asset management projects.

Ms Tan has over 12 years of experience in areas of leasing and management of office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to joining the Manager, she was the Centre Manager for Anchorpoint, where she was involved in the asset enhancement of the property. She was also previously the Senior Asset Manager with Ascendas Land Singapore Ltd where she managed various property assets and also a Leasing Manager with Capitaland Commercial Ltd, focusing on industrial leasing. Ms Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) with 2nd Upper Class Honours from the University of London, a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Masters in Social Science (Counselling) from University of South Australia.

Ms Belinda Clarke
Senior Manager - Investor Relations & Research

Ms Clarke is responsible for overseeing the investor relations activities of FCOT. Her role includes managing the strategic planning and facilitation of the timely communication of information to Unitholders, potential investors, analysts and media by the investor relations team. She also assists the CEO to ensure that the business strategy of FCOT is implemented.

Ms Clarke has 10 years of property experience in real estate funds management, banking, consultancy and valuation. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (with Distinction) in Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia, of which she is a Fellow. Ms Clarke is also a CFA Institute charter-holder.
