- FCOT held its first Annual General Meeting on 29 January 2010 and all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

- The Series A convertible perpetual preferred units (“CPPUs”) were re-offered to existing Unitholders. The CPPUs were listed on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 10 March 2010.

- A distribution of 0.5619 cents per Unit was declared for the 1H2010 period from 1 October 2009 to 31 March 2010, representing a 14.6% increase year-on-year after taking into consideration the Rights Issue completed in August 2009.
- A distribution of 2.3959 cents per CPPU was declared for the period from 1 October 2009 to 8 March 2010.
- A distribution of 0.3466 cents per CPPU was declared for the period from 9 March 2010 to 31 March 2010.
