FCOT, formerly known as Allco Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust, was listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange on 30 March 2006. It pays distributions half-yearly and is managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd.

The Manager follows an active investor relations program to enhance open communication and exposure with both existing and potential new investors. Investor road shows, corporate days, analyst briefings and investor luncheons as well as ongoing individual meetings with all interested parties are some of the investor relations initiatives which the management participates on a formal and informal basis.
