FCOT acquired a 100.0% indirect interest in Ebara Techno-Serve from Little Wing Y. K. and Air Wing Y. K. for JPY3.07 billion (S$40.3 million)[1] on 26 September 2007.
The property is let to a single tenant, Ebara Corporation, under a traditional Japanese lease which expires in 2010. Ebara Corporation completed building the current structure in April 2001. An Ebara Corporation manufacturing plant is located across the road from the property. Ebara Corporation is one of the world’s principal manufacturers of transfer machinery for fluids and gaseous substances such as pumps, compressors, fans and chillers. Ebara Corporation is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE:6361).
