FCOT acquired a 100.0% indirect interest in Azabu Aco from Little Wing Y. K. and Air Wing Y. K. for JPY2.02 billion (S$26.5 million)[1] on 26 September 2007.
Azabu Aco is occupied by two tenants being The TUBU, Inc. and Elekta K.K. The TUBU, Inc. is a privately owned multimedia creation and editing company. It was established in 1992 with 105 full time employees. The TUBU, Inc. occupies level one, level three and the basement of the building and has made considerable investment in its specialised fitout which includes media editing suites.
Elekta K.K. is an international medical technology group which provides clinical solutions, information systems and services for cancer care and management of brain disorders. Elekta K.K. is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (SSE: EKTAb).
