Asset Portfolio

FCOT offers an exposure to high quality commercial properties in Singapore and Australia, in line with its pan-Asian mandate. At its initial public offering (IPO) in March 2006, FCOT's property investments were S$683.8 million. As at 30 September 2017, FCOT's portfolio represented a combined appraised value of approximately S$2.1 billion.
