FCOT has an investment in the Allco Wholesale Property Fund, which was valued at A$38.5 million (S$45.7 million) as at 30 September 2008^[*]. AWPF owns three properties in Australia, with exposure to both office and retail sectors in Sydney.

The AWPF portfolio consists of:

• a 50.0% interest in Ernst & Young Centre, Sydney;
• a 50.0% interest in the World Square Retail Complex and Public Car Park, Sydney; and
• a 100.0% interest in Neeta Shopping Centre, Sydney
