It is also well-serviced by public buses linking it to the Queenstown MRT station and the HarbourFront MRT station.

FCOT acquired a 100.0% direct interest in Alexandra Technopark from Orrick Investments Pte Ltd ("Orrick") for S$342.5 million on 26 August 2009.

At the time of the acquisition, the Trustee entered into a Master Lease with Orrick under which Orrick is to pay an annual rent of S$22.0 million to FCOT for the five year term of the Master Lease which provides certainty in respect of the rental income from Alexandra Technopark.
